5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Token refund eligibility is subject to defined internal conditions.
- Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and may affect revised pricing.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Geographic Scope & Travel-Based Sessions
Primary service coverage includes Delhi NCR — including Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.
In select cases, sessions may be arranged outside Delhi NCR when full travel and accommodation logistics are covered by the client.
These arrangements are handled case-by-case and remain discreet.
