These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by LuxeMaleTherapist. By initiating a booking enquiry or confirming a session, you agree to the following terms.
These terms exist to protect both client and practitioner and to maintain a structured, professional environment.
1. Service Nature
LuxeMaleTherapist provides:
- Personalised Body Wellness Therapy
- Stress Relief & Burnout Recovery sessions
- Deep relaxation and decompression services
- Private Talk Wellness sessions including Emotional Clarity and Life Transition Support
All services are wellness-based and conducted within defined professional boundaries.
Services are not medical treatment and do not replace clinical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
2. Eligibility
Services are available only to adults aged 18 years and above.
We prioritise women-first wellness coordination. Couple sessions are structured around women-led booking.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry that does not align with our service framework.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings require:
- A private enquiry
- Manual review by our team
- Preference alignment discussion
- Token confirmation to secure scheduling
Appointments are considered confirmed only after token receipt.
We do not guarantee availability without confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
Session investment begins from ₹15,000.
Final pricing depends on:
- Duration
- Service category
- Location
- Extended-hour scheduling
- Travel logistics where applicable
Pricing is communicated privately following session alignment.
Full payment terms are shared during booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Token refund eligibility is subject to defined internal conditions.
- Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and may affect revised pricing.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Communicate preferences and comfort clearly
- Maintain respectful communication at all times
- Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for session delivery
LuxeMaleTherapist reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if:
- Boundaries are breached
- Conduct becomes inappropriate
- Safety concerns arise
In such cases, refunds may not apply.
7. Session Boundaries
All sessions are conducted within defined wellness parameters.
The following apply:
- No recording without mutual consent
- No unauthorised photography
- No third-party presence during sessions
- Clear respect for practitioner boundaries
Failure to comply may result in immediate session termination.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
We operate under a privacy-first framework.
- Communication is encrypted
- Client information is stored securely
- Internal data access is restricted
- We do not publicly disclose client associations
Client data may be retained securely to facilitate continuity for returning clients.

9. Safety Protocol
Practitioners may share live location during travel for operational safety.
If any safety concern arises during a session, LuxeMaleTherapist reserves the right to withdraw the practitioner immediately.
We are not liable for circumstances arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
10. Travel-Based & Out-of-City Sessions
Primary service area is Delhi NCR.
Sessions outside this region may be arranged subject to:
- Full coverage of travel logistics
- Accommodation arrangements
- Case-by-case approval
Such bookings require advance coordination.
11. Limitation of Liability
LuxeMaleTherapist is not liable for:
- Pre-existing medical conditions undisclosed by the client
- Outcomes beyond the scope of wellness services
- Indirect or consequential losses
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical limitations before the session.
12. Modification of Terms
LuxeMaleTherapist reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
